I’m Tom, founder of The Rum Infusionist Distillery — a small craft rum brand in Sussex. A couple of years ago I had the same problem every ecom founder has: I needed to generate a lot of marketing content, fast, in my brand’s voice, without paying an agency or hiring a marketing team I couldn’t afford.
I tried what everyone tries first. ChatGPT, Canva, Klaviyo, Loomly, a strategy consultant for quarterly reviews. The combined bill came to about $18K a year. The workflow was brutal — paste brand context into ChatGPT every time, export to Canva, manually re-key into Klaviyo, schedule in Loomly, then explain my own numbers back to a consultant once a quarter. The output read like generic AI. Every time.

Decisions land back in your console with a comment thread you can reply to. 7-day auto-expiry; daily reminder cron emails a 48h nudge.
